Our farmers' lambs are all native breed, outdoor reared and bred, free range and solely grass fed.

Mega tasty, mix some mayonnaise with fresh chopped mint. Fry burgers at a high heat for 2-3 mins each side and serve in a bun with tomatoes, lettuce and minty mayonnaise sauce.
