A box full of fantastic lamb, from a 'star of the plate' shoulder joint to tender, smaller cuts such as lamb neck fillet which are great for stewing and braising.

Britian produces some of the best lamb in the world as the wet climate provides optimum conditions for lamb to flourish. With a naturally sweet flavour, lamb meat is dark and full of flavour, and is best eaten rare.

Our farmers' lambs are all rare, native-breed, outdoor reared and bred, free range and solely grass fed. Rare breeds include, Lleyn, Dorset, Jacob, Shetland and Suffolk.

Sourced from British farms such as Lakehaven Farm, Devon and Mount Grace Farm, Thirsk

All of our meat is cut fresh to order by our butchers.

Everything is available for next day delivery as long as you order by 1.30pm.
