Six absurdly tasty cuts of steak. This box contains pairs of beautifully flavoured and lean flatirons and flanks, scrumptious picanhas with a creamy strip of delicious fat along the edge, gorgeously lean and trendy bavette best eaten rare, tender and full flavoured pork loin steaks and is topped off with a pair of juicy gammon steaks.

All of our beef and pork is from free range, slow growing, native breed animals. Our butchers dry age each beef steak for at least 21 days meaning our steaks taste much beefier than your average. Proper steak for proper steak lovers. Open up a good bottle of red and tuck in!

All of our meat is cut fresh to order by our butchers.

Everything is available for next day delivery as long as you order by 1.30pm.

When should I use flatiron?
