A selection of British, free-range and grass-fed beef steaks including infamous Sirloin steaks, trendy Flatirons and a pair of South American inspired Picanha's.
Our farmers' native breed cows are outdoor reared and grass fed, growing and maturing at their natural pace to develop a high fat content that keeps the meat moist during cooking. With our butchers then hanging and dry ageing all of the gorgeous meat for at least 21 days, you're left with incredibly tasty beef.
You will also receive some tasty free-range, native breed pork chops and dry cured bacon ribeyes.
Our farmers' outdoor-reared, native breed pigs develop an intense flavour and a lovely, healthy natural layer of fat as they mature at their natural pace.
Native breeds include Gloucester Old Spot, Cornish Black, Berkshire, Tamworth and Blythburgh.
All of our meat is cut fresh to order by our butchers.
Everything is available for next day delivery as long as you order by 1.30pm.
