This box contains six, steakhouse classic, sirloin steaks. The sirloin is a classic steak cut sliced from the back of the animal. With a beautiful, creamy rind of fat across the top of the steak, the sirloin is one of the most full flavoured steaks.
We've also included perfectly tender, lean, rump steaks which are bound to delight when cooked rare. Who doesn't love a bit of proper, thick cut butchers' bacon too? Go on then!
All of our steaks are taken from free range, native breed, slow grown cattle which have amazing flavour. Our butchers dry age each steak for a minimum of 21 days to develop a truly special beefy flavour.
