Not to mention sweet, gamey lamb leg steaks and the hugely flavoursome beef skirt steak.
All of our beef and pork is from free range, slow growing, native breed animals. Our butchers dry age each beef steak for at least 21 days meaning our steaks taste much beefier than your average. Proper steak for proper steak lovers. Open up a good bottle of red and tuck in!

An American-inspired steak cut from the shoulder of the animal, beneath the shoulder blade. Previously referred to as the ‘butler’s steak’ in the UK, it is not as tender as some prime cuts, but makes up for this in flavour. With marbled fat and a little gristle, the flatiron is a great steak to have with a zingy salad.
