This box covers you for a weekend; beef strips for a quick cook, soy sauce infused stir fry on Friday night, diced beef for a hearty Saturday night stew and a centre-piece boned & rolled leg of lamb for your Sunday supper.
Lunchtimes are sorted with dry-cured gammon steaks and free-range chicken breasts while breakfasts are covered with native breed sausages and bacon.

Back bacon is a very British bacon cut. American bacon is streaky bacon which is taken from the fattier belly while Canadian bacon is taken from the leaner loin only. We Brits take the loin and a bit of belly and why not? It's the best of both worlds
