Autumn is truly upon us now which is great news for foodies with delicious roasts & slow cooking coming into its own for cosy roasts. 

This box covers you for a weekend; beef strips for a quick cook, soy sauce infused stir fry on Friday night, diced beef for a hearty Saturday night stew and a centre-piece boned & rolled leg of lamb for your Sunday supper. 

Lunchtimes are sorted with dry-cured gammon steaks and free-range chicken breasts while breakfasts are covered with native breed sausages and bacon. 

All of our meat is cut fresh to order by our butchers.

Everything is available for next day delivery as long as you order by 1.30pm.

Quick recipe ideas

Simply marinate the stir-fry strips in some sesame oil and soy sauce, then fry up at high heat in pan or a wok, with stir fry vegs for 5 mins. Serve with noodle or rice. Quick, easy and super tasty.

Back bacon is a very British bacon cut. American bacon is streaky bacon which is taken from the fattier belly while Canadian bacon is taken from the leaner loin only. We Brits take the loin and a bit of belly and why not? It's the best of both worlds
