Our duck stir-fry strips are cut from breast meat which is trimmed to remove  most of its fat.

With the fat removed, you're left with a super flavoursome cut which cooks in a flash, so it's easy to impress for a speedy mid-week dinner. 

All of our butchers use Aylesbury ducks, one of the few native free range British duck breeds remaining. By rearing these ducks naturally at their own pace (unlike continental ducks), the birds develop a sweet, rich and gamey meat which is bursting with flavour.

Minimum weight: 350g

All of our meat is cut fresh to order by our butchers.

Everything is available for next day delivery as long as you order by 1.30pm.

Quick recipe ideas

Marinade simply in honey and soy sauce. Throw into the wok, and flash fry for a few minutes. Dust of the chopsticks and indulge.
