Our butchers have deboned and diced full flavoured, thigh and drumstick meat. Spot on for ethnic dishes and hearty one pots.

Our farmers' free-range, naturally reared birds live for almost twice as long as a supermarket bird. This means that the diced meat is gorgeously moist, with a big taste. The rich, darker meat won't be outshone by bold flavours, so be brave when cooking. Cooks super quickly, so you can impress in a hurry. 

Not fed growth hormones, these chickens are proper birds, left to develop in their own time. The result? They taste like they used to. 

Minimum weight: 400g

All of our meat is cut fresh to order by our butchers.

Why leg and thigh over breast?

Slightly fattier meat, means less precise cooking to keep everything perfectly moist. The darker meat has a deeper flavour and can handle anything you throw at it, winner!
