Our butchers cut whole skin-off breasts from the front of the bird, before dicing them so that they're ready prepped for your favourite dish. Delicately flavoured and deliciously moist, the perfect high protein and low fat cut.

Our farmers' free range, naturally reared birds live for almost twice as long as a supermarket bird. This means that our diced chicken breast is super tender and packs a much more intense and gamey flavour. Not fed growth hormones, these are proper birds, left to develop in their own time. The result? They taste like they used to. 

Minimum weight: 400g


All of our meat is cut fresh to order by our butchers.
