Our farmers' free-range, naturally reared birds live for almost twice as long as a supermarket bird. This means plump drumsticks with plenty of gorgeously moist meat to get your teeth stuck into. Drumsticks are tastiest when you get messy, devour straight off the bone with your fingers.
