
A giant amongst sausages, the Toulouse is a richly flavoured sausage made with sausgemeat, bacon, red wine and garlic.
Our butchers make their sausages fresh each day using their unique recipe. They use natural casings, combining meat from across farmers' lovely native breed, free range pigs.
Native breeds include Gloucester Old Spot, Cornish Black, Berkshire, Tamworth and Blythburgh
