A giant amongst sausages, the Toulouse is a richly flavoured sausage made with sausgemeat, bacon, red wine and garlic.
Our butchers make their sausages fresh each day using their unique recipe. They use natural casings, combining meat from across farmers' lovely native breed, free range pigs.
Native breeds include Gloucester Old Spot, Cornish Black, Berkshire, Tamworth and Blythburgh

Brown the sausages in olive oil in a large casserole dish before adding garlic and mixed herbs. Add two punnets of cherry tomatoes and a tin of butter beans and pop in the oven at 180C for an hour. Serve with crusty brown bread and tenderstem brocolli.Check out more recipes
