The brunch classic and American favourite, streaky bacon is taken from the belly of the pig.

Dry cured and unsmoked which makes it slightly moister than smoked bacon (the smoking process tends to dry the meat out a little)

Our farmers' outdoor-reared, native breed pigs develop an intense flavour and a healthy layer of fat as they mature at their natural pace, what a way to super charge your weekend brekky!

Native breeds include Gloucester Old Spot, Cornish Black, Berkshire, Tamworth and Blythburgh.

Minimum weight: 210g - 8 slices

All of our meat is cut fresh to order by our butchers.

Streaky - waving the flag for America

American bacon is nearly always streaky, taken from the fattier belly. Canadian bacon is taken from the leaner loin only. However, back bacon is a very British cut. We Brits take the loin and a bit of belly and why not? It's the best of both worlds
