An ideal alternative to mince in a classic bolognese, or as the base for some knock-out meatballs to pop on a skewer and get on the BBQ!

Native breeds include Gloucester Old Spot, Cornish Black, Berkshire, Tamworth and Blythburgh

Minimum weight: 400g

All of our meat is cut fresh to order by our butchers.

Quick recipe ideas

Mix an egg, 60 ml milk, a handful of breadcrumbs and parmesan together with half a diced onion. Add sausage meat, salt, pepper, chilli flakes and a glug of cider. Mix again. Roll your meatballs (rough and ready is good!) and pop them in the oven at 180C for 20 mins. There may be a fight for leftovers.
