The Pork and Leek sausage is a butcher's favourite, just that little bit more sweet than their 'Classic Pork' cousins - with the addition of brasied leeks. Super versatile and full of flavour. Our butchers make their sausages fresh each day using their own herb blend in natural casings, combining meat from across farmers' lovely native breed, free range pigs.
