Marinade overnight in an epic sauce made from simply whisking together 5 tbsp Cider, 5 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp tomato puree, 1 tsp ground ginger, 1 crushed garlic clove and 1 tbsp brown sugar. Grill over hot coals for 30 - 45 mins. Tasty
