Our farmers' outdoor-reared, native breed pigs develop an intense flavour as they mature at their natural pace, so get ready for an even tastier weeknight stir-fry!
Native breeds include Gloucester Old Spot, Cornish Black, Berkshire, Tamworth and Blythburgh.

A knockout alternative to chicken in a red thai curry. Simply heat some oil in a frying pan, pop in some red thai curry paste and pork, stir frying until golden. Add in 400 ml coconut milk, 200 ml veg stock, sliced sweet potato and a couple of kaffir lime leaves (if you have any to hand - will still be tasty without!) - simmer for 12 mins, adding in a few beans and bamboo shoots for the last 5 mins.
