Lardons are small matchstick-cut slices of bacon, cut from the belly of the pig. Dry cured by our butchers, our lardons are moist, tender and packed with flavour, their crunch when fried adds an amazing texture too.
Our farmers' outdoor-reared, native breed pigs develop an intense flavour and a healthy layer of fat as they mature at their natural pace, what a way to take your carbonara to the next level. Something for the family to fight over!
