Lardons are small matchstick-cut slices of bacon, cut from the belly of the pig. Dry cured by our butchers, our lardons are moist, tender and packed with flavour, their crunch when fried adds an amazing texture too.

Our farmers' outdoor-reared, native breed pigs develop an intense flavour and a healthy layer of fat as they mature at their natural pace, what a way to take your carbonara to the next level. Something for the family to fight over!

Minimum weight: 227g

All of our meat is cut fresh to order by our butchers.

Everything is available for next day delivery as long as you order by 1.30pm.

Quick recipe ideas

Here's a thought, fry a packs of lardons in its own fat and then stir the result into a tender, creamy sweet potato mash. Top with a fried egg (or two) for a bit of a taste sensation. Dreamy
