Pork loin steaks are taken from the loin of the pig which runs from the hip to the shoulder. Full of flavour, they're the piggy equivalent of a beef sirloin.
These guys are the same as pork chops, just with the bone out. They're still super tender and cook even faster - just be careful not to over-do it!
Ideal for a quick weeknight dinner, or dressed up a bit for something a bit more formal, you can't go wrong. Our farmers' outdoor-reared, native breed pigs develop an intense flavour and a lovely, healthy natural layer of fat as they mature at their natural pace.
Native breeds include Gloucester Old Spot, Cornish Black, Berkshire, Tamworth and Blythburgh.

It all comes down to priorities really. Speed vs. Taste. Bone out pork loin steaks cook more quickly and are perfect if you're in a hurry. Pork chops are the same cut but the bone slows down the cooking time giving them a slightly richer flavour
