This versatile fridge and freezer staple is ground coarsely from the shoulder, knuckle and leg. 

Our farmers' lambs are all native breed, outdoor reared and bred, free range and solely grass fed.

Native breeds include: Lleyn, Dorset, Jacob, Shetland and Suffolk.

Minimum weight: 400g

All of our meat is cut fresh to order by our butchers.

Everything is available for next day delivery as long as you order by 1.30pm.

Quick recipe ideas

Radical lamb sausage rolls: caramelise some onions and crushed garlic, allow this to cool then mix it into lamb mince with some salt, pepper and herb of your choice with a touch some fresh coriander. Roll out some puff pastry into long rectangular strips. Place the mince along the length of the pastry. Roll the pastry around the mince, brush the pastry with some egg yolk and then pop it in the oven at 220oC for 20 mins.
