Beautiful Individually butchered lamb cutlets, cut from the rack – also called the ‘best end’, the rack is cut from the first seven ribs of the back. A dinner party hero, cutlets are tender, delicate and sweet and best served pink. Our lambs are all native-breed, outdoor reared and bred, free range and solely grass fed. Rare breeds include, Lleyn, Dorset, Jacob, Shetland and Suffolk.
