A South Yorkshire classic - cut through the short saddle (straight across) - so each chop has two pieces of tenderloin and fillet on the bone. Best cooked quickly and served pink.

Our farmers' lambs are all native breed, outdoor reared and bred, free range and solely grass fed.

Native breeds include: Lleyn, Dorset, Jacob, Shetland and Suffolk. 

Minimum weight: 440g

All of our meat is cut fresh to order by our butchers.

Everything is available for next day delivery as long as you order by 1.30pm.

Quick recipe ideas

Rub in some minced garlic with a touch of fine chopped rosemary and a pinch of dried red pepper, let sit for 30 mins, then fry at high heat 2-3 mins each side, serve with a side of mash. Marvellous.
