Tender, sweet and gamey lamb - perfect with homemade mint sauce, heaps of mash and winter greens. This hamper puts three heroic cuts in the limelight - a large centrepiece boned and rolled loin, a boneless butterfly lamb shoulder and the king and queen of dinner parties: two lamb racks.
Combine these cracking centrepieces with the ingredients to create both pigs-in-blankets and a bit of stuffing, just for good measure, and you'll find you've plenty in this selection to convert even the staunchest defender of the Turkey tradition.
Our farmers' lambs are all native breed, outdoor reared and bred, free range and solely grass fed.
Native breeds include: Lleyn, Dorset, Jacob, Shetland and Suffolk.
