This is our ultimate steak box, and the pinnacle for any steak lover.
Starring two legendary 16oz T-bone steaks (a sirloin and fillet steak combined), thick cut 10oz sirloin and ribeye steaks (two of each), two 8oz rump steaks and four quick cook flatiron steaks.
Our beef is all native breed, slow grown and 21 day aged so watch out for heavenly marbling on the ribeye, which makes for a juicy, full bodied steak and the glorious layer of creamy fat on the top of the sirloin. The rumps and flatirons will live up to their reputations as lean, scrumptious quick cook steaks, best enjoyed rare.

To cook a T-bone like a pro, season with salt and pepper, then griddle for 3 mins on either side. Pop the griddled steak straight into a hot oven at 180C for about 8 minuntes and you should have a medium rare beauty. Rest for 10 mins and then tuck in.Check out more recipes
