Rare breed British Lop pigs raised on Norton Barton farm produce the pork for this spicy, paprika driven and smoky chorizo. Whilst not strictly traditional in the Spanish sense of the word, this Chorizo is hand crafted to Norton Barton's own recipe using pork from pigs born and reared on their farm and has a gentle after kick from the added chilli. Best enjoyed at room temperature with a glass of red Zinfandel.
