Balsamic lamb rump steaks

Cook time: 10 mins
Total time: 15 mins


2 Heartier lamb rump steaks
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp balsamic glaze


1. Heat oil to a high temperature in a saucepan
2. Fry the lamb rump steaks for 3 minutes each side
3. Add the balsamic and cook for a further minute on each side
4. Rest somewhere warm for 5 minutes and serve
